(Written) March 9/2013 (Titled) Untitled (Composed by) Jayde Edwards Freedom's been busted, and all that I've trusted, has been put out to pasture and shot. My demons keep calling, and monsters keep crawling, feeling like I'm something I'm not. Certainty is failing, I feel like I'm sailing, headfirst into all seldom sought. I'm going mental, this mind state is a rental, every step of the way being fought. Footnote; (Not the best of my poems, but it was written in a heat-of-the-moment, fresh feelings kind of manner. Flipping through it, spotted missing scriptures paper scraps, MIA. It was as if he was depleted, threw everything that led to him away. Lost to lies, and better places. Wanting more, and losing all. Fading fast, and standing tall. Now nothing's left, but this rhyme, and I just know, we're out of time. Footnote; (The title is unrelated to poem contents, it was untitled when originally written. One of my best friends in junior high thought it was really good, and got it put on the deck of his skateboard. At which time, the poem acquired it's title. Though that required a little explanation
